I think I like 'Final Destination' 1 & 2. Some scenes are gross, though, but it kept me in suspense. Lord of the Rings 2 is also good. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

I really liked both LotR movies, they were great! But I think, that my all time favourite movie is Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain - I love it!

... And of course, PS & CoS are both really good as well.

YOU MEAN YOU WANT ME TO CHOOSE?! I can't. Sorry. Impossible. LotR and FN are up there.

School for me starts way too early. Like, beginning of August early. Oh yeah, that sucks. I like Relient K, they are pretty much the only music I listen to. =D Well, that and Broadway. Broadway fills up all 4 gigs of my iPod Mini.

Me being the huge film freak that I am I have gajillions (I don't think that's even a word) so I'll just mention the ones I've seen recently.

Spirited Away
The Rules of Attraction
Donnie Darko
X2
Amelie
LotR
Moulin Rouge
Lilo&Stitch
Igby Goes Down
The Dangerous Lifes Of Alter Boys
Beetlejuice
The Matrix
The Pest (Really really really stupid but for some reason I really like it)
The Professional
The Fifth Element
heh. And those are only the ones I've seen this and last weekend.

There are so many good films it's impossible to have just one, but LOTR and X2 are pretty good fantasy ones (and HP too of course), moulin rouge is a really good musical cos i love it and musicals aren't really my thing.

I didn't really like the set-in-modern-times Romeo and Juliet..I don't, I guess I just didn't like the fact that they speak in Elizabethan english, but they have guns and cars and everything..
we watched it in english, and I like the older one, made in the 80's I think. except the fact that there is some nudity in it..(that's why we watched the modern one in my class /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />)

i just like movies in general. empire records, heartbreakers, die hard, lethal weapon, dirty dancing, ever after, mulan, titan ae, tarzan, treasure planet, tadpole, the guru, matrix, how to lose a guy in 10 days, x-men, trading places (this one is old), star wars (the originals), indiana jones, peter pan, hook, little mermaid, jungle book...
what is with all the disney sequels lately anyway? haven't they got any new ideas?
i think a truly great script can overcome truly horrible acting. anyone agree?

Myself? I'm a fan of the classic thrilllers.

1) The Exorcist

2) The Shining

3) Frailty (new, but unbelieveable)

4) Panic Room

5) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (which whether or not it was meant to be WAS a comedy)

Other than that I do love comedies as well.

1) Shallow Hal

2) 2 Weeks Notice

3) Ice Age

4) Speed (like I said before, not supposed to be funny, but WAS)

5) The Grinch
