Bah Humbook - Week 2 - Characterful Costumes

You peer at Scrooge out of the corner of your eye. He may not be winning ‘personality of the year’ but in his natty Victorian gentleman’s outfit with its sleek top hat, he could be in the running for ‘best dressed’. You can’t say you’re as taken with his famous nightwear though… that voluminous nightshirt always looks a bit draughty and the cap , I mean, who thought that was a good idea?

You realise he’s noticed you squinting at him and is starting to look thunderous. You hastily scuttle away. Your thoughts are still on fashion though and you start to daydream about an outfit you’d rather like to borrow from another fictional favourite…

For this task, we’re asking you to play dress up. Using a dollmaker website, create a costume for one of your favourite book characters. You could pick someone from a historic setting, a futuristic one or the present day .

Remember to keep your image to 600X600 pixels or less, upload it to a photo sharing site and pop the link below. And of course, let us know who you're dressing up as.
