I prefer physical books over the rest, because who doesn't like the pleasant rustling sound of crisp paper, the fresh parchment like smell of new books, and the novelty of holding a book in your hand, even if just to show off what you are doing. Audiobooks, nah ! I can't stand hearing for too long, I'd rather read it myself. But e- books, I can stand them. More convenient, I think. You can take them anywhere you like on your gadget, especially when you don't want anybody to know t hat you are reading. You do not have luggage with you, but you still have plenty of books with you. But honestly, I prefer physical books any day if I don't have to worry about luggage or rudeness (I can be rude enough to read while watching a movie, so e-books are my go-to option and friend when I am attempting to do it and still be nice) and if I had a mansion of my own and one wish granted by a genie, I would ask for the entire mansion to be an library for unlimited reading, with all the books in the world.

Thank you so much to my secret elf for my siggy, Happy New Year 2025!

Yes, this is precisely how I enjoy Audiobooks! If I'm at home, I prefer to hold a physical copy. However, as you mentioned, listening to an Audiobook while going for a drive can be such a pleasant experience. What have you been listening to lately?

Most of my books are physical books, I will always love how a book feels in my hand and the smell of a book is so calming. I do have some E-Books but not a lot. As far as audiobooks, I tried them once, bought two, got about 5 minutes into the first and just could not do it. I get too distracted. Physical books are my favorite.

Hey!
They all have their qualities, but personally, I prefer physical books. It just has such a nice vibe to curl up with a good book in hand, and smelling the books is just such a good feeling! However, if you want to bring something to read to go to school, e-books are better because it won't give you the extra weight a book has. But this is my opinion, everyone has their own!

I would most prefer physical books. It is easy to follow along and you can go at your own pace, go back easily, and I like writing down quotes and stuff like that. E-books are also okay, as long as the print is not too bright, big, or small. Audiobooks I just don't like because it's hard for me to actually listen to them while doing something else because then I would just zone the book out. The new Harry Potter Audiobooks that are going to come out with special effects sound like something I'd like, though!

I prefer physical books but I will also read e-books. I absolutely cannot do audiobooks though. I have things on in the background as just noise to have while going about my day. If I turn an audiobook on, I won't be able to pay attention to it and then will miss so much of the story.
People who can listen to audiobooks and take in everything, I envy you xD my poor brain could never.

I really like physical books, as the majority, it seems. I do have a small e-reader where I put some books on if I have a long trip. I do prefer the physical ones. I like seeing them on the shelves, the weight of them in my hands, and the smell of paper. Plus, it's easier to read a physical book if I'm not feeling my best since the screen can make my head hurt at times.

Thank you, Prof. Aloyarc, for the signature!

I enjoy reading physical books when I have time to sit down and read (The two books right now I am reading is "The Five People You Meet In Heaven" and "The Underground Library"). If I don't have the time, audio books are lovely. I enjoy having an audio in the background as I crochet (my current listen is "A Ruin, Great and Free" and it has been awesome!)
