I really love quite a few scents. Apple cinnamon and pumpkin scent for candles, the woods especially after it rained, the scent of daffodils which are my favorite flowers, and wood when it burns in a fire pit. Also different woods smell differently when they burn. It was really fun to notice once it was pointed out to me haha.

I have answered this somewhere else, but I really like the smell of petroleum products (like naphthalene, kerosene, acetone, nail polish, varnishes etc.). 
My Amortentia would likely carry a few notes of petroleum products, however weird that may seem, 
Besides, oriental smells are my favorites.
