Post by Louis Walles »

Title of the book: 'The Breakdown'

Authors: B. A. Paris

Genres: crime

Short summary of the story:
When one night Cass Anderson sees a lonely woman sitting alone in the car and decides not to check whether she needs help, Cass can't help to feel guilty about it. And then she learns that that woman had died. Additionally, she started to receive weird phone calls, which make her lose her mind. Moreover, she is slowly developing dementia, and she can no longer remember about the basic things such as whether she took the pills, or whether the knife in her kitchen was covered in blood.... Who can she really trust if not herself?

Good points / bad points:
I loved the book. At first I was a bit sceptical about the book as I got it half price, but once I started reading it, I couldn't stop! Books was extremely interesting and managed to finish it in one day!
