i'm already a 4th year, but I joined Hol when I was 9, so i'm only starting to get the flow of it now...lol

so yeah, Hi all! I'm Jessamyn Cats, turing 14 next Sunday *yaay*, i'm american but I live in Brazil.

I love to hang out with friends, read, watch movies (HP!), listen to music, dance, think about life...

I love my animals, especially my 2 cats and doog! And I collect stuffed animals ;]

My fave Hp characters are: Ron, Lupin, Sirius and Neville!

Hello! I'm Sofia, a first-year Ravenclaw... In RL, I am an undergraduate linguistics student. I absolutely love linguistics and am planning on pursuing a PhD. I also love classic rock more than your average fan. HP-wise, I'm of course a die-hard Ravenclaw, and a die-hard R/Hr shipper, and a H/G shipper while I'm at it. Hi everyone, my name's Tania Hapsic, I'm 21 years old, as of just a few days ago (the day of and the day after I honestly don't remember all that well, darn birthday traditions /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> ). I love reading, writing (only when the mood strikes and nothing anyone else would ever read), all kinds of music, especially anything from the Phantom of the Opera.
I live in California, USA with my husband and son (ewww little monsters in my house, boy monsters at that). I'm a first year Slytherin and was completely thrilled to find that Norse Mythology, Norse Runes, and Egyptian Kings and Queens were offered as classes. I love all kinds of mythos, lore, and legend, and I like the friendly atmosphere around here.

Heyy everyone! I'm Devon and I'm going to be a first year student at Hogwarts in 3 days! Eeek, I am so excited! Heheee, as you can see I use a lot of exclamation points. Well I get hyper very easily && sometimes I can be a little nutty on the net. I'm 11 years old (12 in June!) and I love to cheer. I've been cheering since I was 5 years old. I know a lot of people think cheerleaders are snobs but I am the farthest thing from a snob. My best friend is Sydney; she's super cool and I love her. I have a older brother named Tyler who is 20 years old (Hogwarts '03), a older sister named Jessica (5th year at Hogwarts!) and a little sister Riley who is 8 years old. My sister Jess has told me lots about Hogwarts so I'm of course very excited. I'm a half blood. My dad is a muggle and my mom's a witch. Daddy is a lawyer and Mommy is a professor at Beauxbatons (sp?) Academy. She teachs Potions there! I've known I was a witch since I was 2 years old. I have a black cat named Midnight who isn't scary at all. Midnight is the cutest && bestest cat ever. I love him oh so much. I love to chat so PM me anytime && strike up a convo. =)

Hi all! I'm Brenna, and I'm a first year Gryffindor. I can't wait for classes to begin, and to get involved with all the great stuff that goes on around here!

My mum's a witch and my dad's a muggle, but me and my brothers were raised mostly by my mum since my dad is away for work a lot, so we have been a part of the magical world for as long as I can remember. I am the first kid in my family to go to Hogwarts, and I'm so excited! I was especially surprised to get sorted into Gryffindor since my mum and her brother were both in Hufflepuff.

'Lo there!

Vulpecula Black here, you can all call me ... *shrug* whatever the hell you want really, I don't care much. I'm a Gryffindor first year. I got in JUST under the wire, hours before the deadline, so I'm pretty thrilled.

I honestly thought I'd get shafted into Slytherin, but I dodged that bullet, didn't I?

I'm from Canada, I'm looking forward to Quittich of course, I have to get a broom and fast. In RL I live with my two dogs and I paint a lot. I've sung in a couple of bands, I play bass guitar, I write, I drive too fast (this has been the conscensus of most of my terrified passengers).

Anyhow, I hope to meet some new people here, etc, etc, on and on, blah, blah, blah. I'm more enthusiastic than I sound, really.

Oh, and I can hear the question now - "how do you say your name?"
