Oooh-kay. *waves and bows*
I'm a first year Ravenclaw (I'm as shocked as you ^__^ ), 16y.o iRL and living in Romania (cookies if you know where that is! /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> ). I'm really of the nuttiest sort there is but I always say that hey, if you 'dig' psychological experiments, I'm the guinea pig for you /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />

I'm into fantasy -anything- (did you read a mind-shattering book, found yourself staring agape at a surrealistic painting, etc? PM me and tell me all about it), weird but relatively tame music, guh-ing prose/poetry (= the kind that gets your mind to boggle, entices your mind and soul... yes, I'm picky, why do you ask?) and similar things.

As I've stated in my (few) previous posts, this community seems overwhelming and I didn't even get to know all my house mates. Needless to say, I'm very excited about the start of the term and I can hardly wait to meet some very interesting people /ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ph34r:" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" />

Well, hello everyone!
I love this school! Especially in this time of the year. It is wonderfull to be here!
GO, GRYFFI GO!
I am a first year student from the great House Gryffindor, and I am proud of it.
Something about myself.
First: I am from Hungary, so first of all, I would like to say hello to my neighbour: Nimue, who is from Romania, the country next door.
Does anybody know Hungary, and where is it? A hint: it is located between Austria and Romania.
Second: I am a member of the older generations, a few years, and I will be 30, but (and it makes me feel good) I am not the only one here with this.
I like HP, works of Tolkien, Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke and so on.

Hello everyone.
I am Eve Black and I am starting my first year in Ravenclaw. I'm really excited to be in this wonderful community!
I am 20 years old and live in Australia. I am currently in my third (and last) year at a university course in Librarianship and Corporate Information Management
I love HP as well as reading in general and I love listening to music, watching movies and being on the Internet.

Anyway, I had been out for a long time and now I'm coming back.
My name is Oscar Sanchez, I'm a Ravenclaw and I'm from Venezuela. I'm 16 years old and I'm always glad to meet new people from every corner in the world, so feel free to PM me or anything.
I regret to say that I haven't been able to read Harry Potter and the half-Blood Prince since it hasn't been released is Spanish, so that's the only thing I don't want to talkl about.

Okay hi, in real life, I'm a 19 year old college student from England, UK currently studying Mathematics and Statistics (yes, I'm crazy *rocks back and forth in straightjacket*), History and Law...nothing at all magical. I'd rather be starting Hogwarts for real rather than college. At least Hogwarts has some suh-weeeet eye candy. What does college have? Chavs and not at all attractive teachers.
Quite depressing once you start thinking about it.

Hi all. I don't know if I posted on this thread either.. I'm Katherine Knoll and I have just joined Hogwarts. I am a first year(duh!) in Ravenclaw house taking some awesome classes and trying to meet some new friends.

I'm 16 years old and a junior in high school. I live in Michigan which is in the United States. (At the moment, I'm not very happy with my country, but oh well..) I love literature(Harry Potter rocks!) I so want to go to Europe, although if I went, I know I would go to all the tourist traps.

Hi I'm Shenala, I'm 16 and a Junior in high school, and in my free time a first year Hufflepuff. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> When I'm not obsessing about Harry Potter (which is rarely) my hobbies include watching movies (my favorite including It's A Wonderful Life, Moulin Rouge, and a bootleg copy of HP:CoS with the most incredible subtitles you will ever see), playing The Sims 2, reading (particularly self help books; some are good for a laugh) and being otherwise generally boring. I love cats, hate chocolate and although I've been sorted many times (different sites of course) before, this is my first time as a Hufflepuff so I'm very excited. I'm an 18 year old first-year college student, and I'll mostly likely become an English major. I've just moved to Minnesota from Rhode Island, and even though I know my real classes here are going to be difficult and time-consuming, I definitely wanted to join this site and take these classes as well! I've loved HP for about... six years, I'd say, and while I've joined a few other similar sites in the past, this one seems to be the best and most comprehensive. I also really love Lord of the Rings and other sci-fi/fantasy type stuff. So, um, yay!
