Could it be.. the part in Return of the King in Osgiliath, when the orcs are invading from the river? I think Faramir says that to his men, the soldiers of Gondor.

Is it.. one of the Uruks in Two Towers at the scene in Rohan where they're transporting Merry & Pippin back to Isengard. He's talking about Aragorn, Legolas, & Gimli's hot pursuit.
