My favourite kind of music would be punk and metal and stuff but they never had metal so um yeah punk! Emo's good too though.

My favourite type of music is pop. I love McFly. But I also like punk and rock. My favourite bands from those catagories are: Green Day (they kick butt) The Killers, and a really old band but I still love them lots: Queen.

I adore jazz! Sad that it's only 3.54% appreciated. /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":unsure:" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> Actually I lvoe everything, alternative, pop, world music, soul, etc. The only thing I don't really get is metal and trance.

I would have to say that my favorite type of music would have to be pop, but I don't limit myself to only pop. I listen to pretty much every genre. If it's good, I listen to it. If it's not, then I don't, but I tend to like more songs in the pop genre.

i have a very opened mind when it comes to music.
as long if it sounds good or it has cool lyrics.
the only genre i dont like that much is heavy metal.
but punk is cool

I really like modern rock music because it is really cool and i can let my stress out. R&b is good to accompany me for long journey and pop and jazz music are just the right music to make me sleep dreamily!!

I voted for other because they type of music I like best (and I pretty much like all music) is musical scores. My favorite composers are Howard Shore, George Fenton and John Williams (although his stuff is getting really repetitive)

I went to a concert of the musical score fron the Lord of the Rings movies and it was incredible. I'd say that has to be my favorite of the film scores, for now anyway /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Instrumental pop/rock is for me. And that's strictly Korean music. I've TRIED listening to Japanese music...it never really worked out for me.

It depends, but surely classical remains the same while rock changes.

Am an everytype sort of guy:
My family have bought me up around soul and motown so love artists like Stevie Wonder and Al Green, sooo romantic and just good sing along stuff.
Rock music sort of came into my life through my favourite band suddenly- Aerosmith!! And like fair few modern rock bands like Foo Fighters and QOTSA.
Am really becoming interested in Alternative (Bright Eyes, Faint etc) and Indie through best friends- sort of Indie Freak in looks and social style! Hard Fi, Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, Bloc Party, Subways etc etc /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
Also good to sing to- and i like to sing- is jazz stuff and big band. Jamie Cullum and Micheal Buble are great and am in love with Sammy Davis Jr's voice!!
Can listen to some metal music like Black Sabbath too if angry mood or need to let of some steam!
Finally R n B because of its rythym, vocal ability in some of the artists and also sexy music for parties etc!! /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
