Okay so this could go with movies or music but seeing as it has to do with the song it's here...what is your favorite title track from a movie?
Mine is The Gael from Last of the Mohicans.

Re: Favorite theme track from a movie.
Well, I'm not sure if I have "A Favorite", but I really do enjoy the Composer John Williams. He's done so many movie theme songs that I enjoy them all.... Harry Potter theme song, Star wars theme song, Close Encounters of the third kind, Indiana Jones theme songs, E.T. theme song, Jaws theme song, A.I. theme song, Empire of the Sun Theme song, 1978 Superman, and the list goes on and on.... so maybe I don't qualify to answer this question because I don't have "One" Favorite. Ha ha ha

My favorite theme song track from a movie is the Jurassic Park musical introduction. Every time I hear that tune I think about my Velociraptors and I can't help but smile plus I like the uplifting feeling it has to me.

I also don't know about a specific soundtrack, but a friend of mine introduced me to the work of Jóhann Jóhannsson and I've been listening to his music so much lately that he was my number one artist on Spotify in 2017. He composed the music for the film The Theory of Everything which is absolutely beautiful, but he's also scored a bunch of other films as well.

Yes! I loved that movie and the film score! His pieces are also incredible to choreograph to! I am so glad you mentioned him.Aurelia West wrote:I also don't know about a specific soundtrack, but a friend of mine introduced me to the work of Jóhann Jóhannsson and I've been listening to his music so much lately that he was my number one artist on Spotify in 2017. I can't name a movie off hand that I think has the best track, but I do know I have always loved anything and everything by Hans Zimmer who really just captures the moment in every score he writes. I also really like Bear McCreary who composes more for television than film. James Horner and and Howard Shore should also be added to this list. Straight love for what they do.
