Re: Whats Your Favorite Movie Genre?
Comedy, Adventure, fantasy or sci-fi but sometimes i see myself leaning on diffrent genres depending on the Movie's style, like i love Science fiction in live action movies with all the special effects, and sometimes prefer adventures and action with animated movies.

Definitely between adventure, fantasy, and comedy (specifically rom-coms). I'm definitely a sucker for cheesy romance. And I can't forget... Anything DISNEY. Meaning Disney classics. I love marvel and all of that, but Disney princesses, Atlantis, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, anything. I love it.

I am not a big movie person, I would rather be reading or be outside. I guess I like action and adventure, and I cant watch horror movies.

I really love sci-fi, but I'm game to see any genre as long as the movie is good or it's so bad that it's good. My guilty pleasure are bad horror flicks or low-effort movies that are less than three stars on IMDB.

I love watching romantic comedies, those just make me feel happy and bubbly inside! I also have a guilty pleasure for movie musicals (Last Five Years, My Fair Lady, etc) and fantasy movies (like Stardust and, of course, the Harry Potter franchise!)

I'm partial to either sci-fi/fantasy or psychological thrillers. I do like some horror, but not nearly as much as I used to when I was a teenager.

I do it because I can. I do it because I want to. I do it because you said I couldn't.
Thank you to the wonderful Professor Tarma for my fabulous sig!

My favorite movie genres would have to include mystery, romance, or something based in a true story. I like these genres because some are action packed, some are inspiring, and some you can follow the case.

My favorite movie genre is honestly horror if it scares me enough, comedy for sure I will literally hear somebody say something randomly and I would start wheezing and then coughing. I also love sci-fi and futuristic movies they interest me and make me wonder a lot about our future.

Mostly Sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, animation and action. Even I do like a little bit of a horror but not that much. I like a touch of comedy to be there in a horror film. And comedy is also in my list

Re: Whats Your Favorite Movie Genre?
I often find myself not knowing how to respond to questions like these, because what I like to watch depends on very specific circumstances! For example, I can't watch horror movies, but I will give exceptions if the plot isn't too heavy and ONLY if I am with at least one friend. I can't really say I enjoy some genres though because even if I like rom-coms, I don't find myself interested in a lot of popular ones.
But I guess, if I were to generalize, I would say my favorite genres would be musical, drama, romance, coming-of-age, dystopian futures, comedy, mystery, thriller (especially psychological-thriller; things with smart mystery and thriller excite me like Now You See Me), and honestly anything by Pixar and most Disney films. I guess maybe action is pretty cool too, I have watched most of the Avengers franchise and a few DC movies like Aquaman and Birds of Prey!

I'm definitely a romcom person.
