Posting to wish someone a happy birthday is a lovely thing to do but please remember to check the date the topic was posted. We’ve had several cases recently where people have posted on threads which are several months old. While the sentiment is great, it ends up spamming the board and causing a bit of confusion.
As well as the dates on the threads, you can usually check who is actually celebrating on a particular day as a list of birthdays shows up on the forums index.

So, please make sure you double check before you post.
