CLEM (klem) EN (in) TINE (rhymes with time) and clementine like that fruit.

Mine's a take off a German word, and as I don't speak German, I can't tell you I'm saying it right, but I pronounce is like this:

Schon like shown

Perk rhymes with irk

and ins...well, like ins...
