Neptune - Astronomy

Post by Prof. Maxim Trevelyan »

Neptune is too dim to be visible to the naked eye, therefore, the first observations of Neptune were only possible after the invention of the telescope. It was discovered on September 23, 1846, using mathematics, the only planet in our solar system to be discovered in such a way.

Since Neptune usually hides in the sky, create or find a hiding place for treasures of your choice (or yourself!). Take a photo of the hiding place and include a sentence or two of what you would hide there. Be mindful of HOL rules and that everything is of your own creation.

Post your hidden places below (keep it 600x600 or less) by April 30th 11:59 pm HOL time to get 20 Hoots and 50 beans.

I would hide something on the tallest branches of this tree. I would use some string to tie I on. I would hide something cool like a stick or a rock that I found.
