April - See the Signs

There is shouting coming from the atrium and you slowly make your way to St. Mungo’s entrance, where you see the Welcome Witch yelling after, apparently, being asked too many inane questions by incoming non-urgent patients that are all already answered in the pamphlets, welcome signs and other posters hanging around the large room.
Design a new sign by the Welcome Witch’s desk to stop her complaining about the number of people who ask her questions they could find on the chart. Include at least three FAQs (frequently asked questions) and obey all HOL rules.
Post your signs below (maximum 600x600) by April 30th 11:59 pm HOL time to get 30 Hoots and 50 beans.
