February – The Magic Chef

The door to the menu room slams open, making all people inside, including you, jump up. You look to the entrance and see none other than Basille himself, looking red in the face. He yells at you to go to the kitchen and help one of the cooks with some new dish.

Design a signature dish for the restaurant’s Valentine’s Day celebration. You can do that through photography (of an actual dish or something that resembles it) or by describing it in 100 words or more. With the post, also give the name of the dish (made-up or real) and a short sentence on why you chose it. The submission must abide by all HOL rules and be of your own creation.

Post your dishes below by February 29th 11:59 pm HOL time to get 35 Hoots and 50 beans.

Cherish Custard

Custard fills a heart-shaped dish and covered with a layer of strawberry gelatin. It is topped with pieces of fruit - mango, kiwi, cherry - along with chocolate shaped like a seashell. This dessert has a little bit of something for everyone, even those who are full from the main meal.
