May – The Leaky Cauldron

The Leaky Cauldron is a gateway to Diagon and Knockturn Alley in London. The pub was built by Daisy Dodderidge in early 16th century and originally, it had a bar, some private parlor rooms and a large dining room. The Leaky Cauldron evolved little with the years, only adding a few more rooms, but otherwise remained small, dingy and welcoming. The back of The Leaky Cauldron leads to a chilly courtyard that contains both entrances to the alleys.
After the Second Wizarding War The Leaky Cauldron lost a lot of customers under Voldemort’s rule. To help its proprietors gain the lost customers, make a recipe that will be the star of the pub’s menu in 100 words or more. If possible, also include a photo of the dish. All HOL rules apply.
