In perfect time for our February Book Discussion, Fish in a Tree, I decided to honor that reading with our monthly prompt.
Ally, the protagonist of this story, is a great artist and likes to draw many things. She usually has Mind Movies when certain events make her imagine things, and that wild imagination of hers, along with her artistic creativity is poured in her Sketchbook of Impossible Things.
For February’s Prompt, I would like you to draw something that you would surely include in your Sketchbook of Impossible Things! Whether it is a fish trying to climb a tree, penguins playing basketball, an elephant knitting, or your friends and you riding a space rocket, there is no limit but your imagination!
Please share your work replying to this thread. Remember to keep everything HOL appropriate, adhering to all HOL rules, and keeping your submissions 600x600 pixels or smaller.
You'll earn 20 beans for completing this prompt as well as it counting towards the chance to snag our shiny Ink Splatters award.
There is no deadline as such for these prompts but if you’d like it to count towards your chance of earning the award for a specific year, we’ll need it by the end of that school year. If you’re comfortable sharing, then post below. If not, email your image and description to us via hol.bookclub @ gmail.com (without the spaces).
