Post by Viviana Kingston »

Title: A Kiss So Cursed
Author: CM Tillman
Genre: fantasy romance
Rating: 3/5
Page count: (ebook) 243 pages
Category: self publishing, book 2 of a series
Age rating: adult
Warnings: inappropriate content
Synopsis:
Willow’s life has been turned upside down since she’s found out she might be the heir to a fortune and a whole lot of ghostly baggage. Now she’s nearing time to make a decision - will she stay with her cursed family and try to bring the, to salvation or will she leave them in ruins?
Comments + opinion:
Eh. Not her best work. I’ve been with Tillman since her first book, as an arc reader and I’ve read all 4 of her published works so far as an arc reader and this one was the least impressive. Oh no, don’t get me wrong - her writing skills are good! It’s just in this one there’s a large amount of inappropriate content that I had to gloss over. The plot was on point with a lot of loopholes that leave room for her to provide answers in future books in the series but I do think she’s dragging the plot out a bit too long and creating too much suspense. It was still an enjoyable read.
