Dear Heart - Jenny Davis

Post by Louis Walles »

Title of the book: 'Dear Heart'

Authors: Jenny Davis

Genres: Biography/Non-fiction

Short summary of the story:
The book is a collection of letters between Wynne Brooks and her husband Mickey after he went to war. Wynne has been writing him daily, then weekly, never knowing his whereabouts. The letters were discovered by Jenny, Wynne's niece. She decided to embrace the love story of her family and write a book.

Good points / bad points:
I found this book in a large print, which made it easy for me to read it. The language was not difficult at all. The book was great to read out loud before bed. It was not over romantic as well, which was truly great for me as I am not a huge fan of romance. Overal, good book.
