In a small village in Poland, a retired teacher, Janina Duszejko, finds herself in the middle of a series of mysterious murders on hunters. She is passionate about astrology and uses planets, stars and star signs to determine who is responsible for the crimes. She is convinced, the animals are the ones to blame. It's the animals that finally take a stand to fight the injustice...

Good points / bad points:

I did enjoy this book although I do believe the ending was a bit off. I think that the ending could have been more spectacular. Despite that, I think the book really deserves its position in the world, and it is understandable why it won a Nobel prize in 2018. It is very easy to read, I finished it in two days while having a lunch break at work. Highly recommend!
