Short summary of the story:
Daniele Mallarcio is a famous illustrator, but as the years go by, he receives less and fewer phone calls with new job offers. He is almost 70 years old but has little contact with his family because he puts work first. His daughter asks him to come over for 4 days, so he would take care of Mario, his grandson. Daniele is against this idea but finally agrees to come. How will four days with an enthusiastic seven-year-old Mario change Daniele? Will he stop over-working and finally spend some time with his family?
Good points / bad points:
The book seemed boring from the description, and I never really liked Italian writers. However, this book intrigued me. Mostly because I had problems with over-working when I was 22 which resulted in some health problems (stress-related). Therefore, the book was definitely a good method who would I become if I wouldn't listen to my body and just chill out a bit. It was a good thing to see that my children are not as wild and difficult to talk with as Mario! Overall, a nice book, and I would give it 8/10.
