Book Review: Cleopatra: Egypt's Last and Greatest Queen

Title: Cleopatra: Egypt's Last and Greatest Queen
Author: Susan Blackaby
Series: Sterling Biographies
Genre: Biography
Summary of Story:
This biography was part of the Sterling Biographies series which has many biographies about various people. Cleopatra: Egypt's Last and Greatest Queen told the story of Cleopatra's life and everything she went through. There were many pictures as in every page had multiple pictures on it and little side notes about various topics discussed in the text. For instance, pyramids were mentioned once and there was a text box on the side that talked all about pyramids so the reader gained as much information as possible. The actual text was not at all boring and to someone who never reads biographies, it kept my attention span. I would highly recommend this book and all the other Sterling biographies (of which there are many) if you want to know a bit about some famous historical people. Each biography is not very long at all (as in it took only a few hours to read it and I'm a very slow reader :P ), but they contain a ton of information about each person from birth to death.
