Short summary of the story:

After the Maze Runner, Thomas and his friends thought that they are safe and everything's going to be alright. However, they didn't know how their world looks like. They didn't know that world is full of people driven mad by an infection called 'The Flare'. They didn't know it was scorched by the sun. The Gladers didn't know that their fight for freedom and trials are not over. They didn't know that WICKED is not done yet.

Good points / bad points:

Personally, I am a huge fan of the whole series The Maze Runner and I knew that the second book won't change my opinion. In my opinion, I prefered this book than the first one. It was truly amazing and frightening to see the difference between certain characters and their development throughout the series. I definitely recommend this series and can't wait to read the rest of the series.
