Short summary of the author: This author has contributed something to the horror genre that I don't believe others have by creating a suspenseful, horror series that is enjoyable to both young adults and adults. His characters are rich and full of life. They are full and deep characters that you create deep relationships with as you read the books.

Good points / bad points: I have nothing really bad to say about the book I read of his "I Am Not a Serial Killer", and can't wait to read the next in the series. This author does write about a 15 year old boy who has mental issues so it could be a trigger for some people, and this series is not for the faint of heart, that's for sure, but it really does shed a great deal of light onto psychological issues and those with different disorders. These books also tough heavily on death, whih can be a very taboo subject, but I truly believe that some of these things need to be talked about.
