Editorial Department -- Editing a Manuscript

Another area here seems to be dedicating to what is called an "Editorial Department". What does this mean?

You remember that once you had a brilliant idea for a story and send it in! Intense excitement. But then you received something back in the mail and find your manuscript was all marked up with all kinds of little hieroglyphics and odd notations. What was this?

Then you find out that, oh, it's been edited ..... Well, at least you got it back and it wasn't just summarily burned?

So now, you are on the other side of the editorial process! There is usually a specific code of communications which is used by editors, which you will memorize and learn, and, of course, use brilliantly! Now you are the one editing the manuscript which was sent in. Their blood, sweat and tears are involved with this, and you give it the best care you can.

Task:

Below you have two graphics. Your task is to Spot the Differences between the two. Clearly delineate where the differences lie, and send your solution to me (Professor Tarma Amelia Black) and Professor Amy Lupin, in a HOL PM titled Publishing Pursuits - Spot the Difference.

Graphic One:

Find the differences (there are 10 of them) and send your solution to us by 11:59 PM (HOL time) on October 26th. You'll earn 20 beans for this task.

Good luck!
