Septem-bean

Greetings one and all
This isn't an Introduction to an activity so much as an Announcement.
Everyone who posts in The Bookshelf. or in Between the Pages., about a book that you have read, either adding to a topic already made or starting a new one (be sure to search for the author and/or title before starting a new topic), will receive 30 Beans. We are having Septem-bean, an opportunity for you to add to your Bean Bag.
Criteria:
* You may only count books that you read during September. If you started a book before September, you may count it if you finished the bulk of it after September 1st, 12:01am.
* Follow the posting guidelines in the overview threads for each forum.
* Remember that we have members of all ages on HOL and try to choose your books carefully. The later Harry Potter books are a good guide to the level of threat, adult content and bad language that we consider appropriate. If you think your book contains material that might be upsetting or inappropriate for a younger audience, please include a warning so that people can make an informed choice.
You don't have to sign up to participate.
When you have posted about a book, if it meets the criteria, you will receive 30 Beans . (If it doesn't meet criteria, we'll write to you to say why, so you can correct it if you wish.) When you receive the Beans, your post will be edited at the bottom that we sent them to you.
If you read at least 3 books, you will receive a bumper crop of 30 beans (which is on top of the 90 beans already earned) AND an award! ..........
