What would you be?
Let's forget about magic a bit and let's do a short nostalgia about dreams. Since I was child my teachers at school have often asked me, 'what do you want to be?' Or 'what are your dreams when you grow up?' And many other questions like that. At that time I would always answered that I want to become a great doctor. The feeling of wanting to help many people make me very eager to learn. However, when I grew up I realized that my abilities were not in that field (medicine) and preferred to go and delve into the technical field
and keep trying to think if I'm still a doctor even with different patients xD how about yours? What's your dream? And what would you be?

Thank you for the cool signature, Ana!

Me entire childhood, and well into high school, I had always wanted to become a Veterinarian, or at least a Vet Assistant. I too, soon realized it wasn't the field for me as I am much too squeamish when it comes to medical situations, especially when it comes to adorable animals. I have a weak heart in that regard, but that has not stopped me from loving animals and taking very good care of all my beloved pets.

I had the dream of becoming a teacher when I was young. My teachers in school were my first role-models in this respect, I guess. As I grew up further, I wanted to become an author. Over time, as I grew up further and further, I realised that none of these two professions were well-paying, at least not until you managed to make a great name for yourself and stand out, which is difficult, and I needed money to survive in the world. Therefore, I had to ditch both my dreams and now I am a Muggle healer.

I wanted to do something around psychology. I have always found it so fascinating how the mind works, and taking a psychology course really sold me on the matter. When I was age appropriate, I toured universities for their psychology degrees, but eventually I found out there really isn't much you can do with an undergraduate psychology degree and I didn't want to go for an extended amount of time to get the level of degree needed. Unfortunately, I had to let go of that dream and moved on in my life.

I really wanted to be a doctor throughout my high school years. I don’t know if the desire to be a doctor has subsided as yet with the fact I’m a budding computer engineer, but before that, my childhood dream was to be an astronomer, to study the stars and the sky…perhaps one day that dream may come true.

When I was younger, I used to think that I will become a doctor. But later on, around the age of 13, I realised that I have a fascination for technology. And eventually I got into coding at the age of 14, and have been studying Computer Science in recent years. I am about to graduate and get my Bachelor's degree in the same in July, so that's very exciting. I have always wanted to pursue a career in tech, but given the chance, I would also like to be an Investment Banker.
