Favorite Summer Sport

As summer as just began for many people, I was wondering if what your favorite summer sport(s) is. I have two: Swimming and softball. I go swimming regularly during the summer months. Many time 5 or 6 days a week. My grandparents have an inground swimming pool and we also go swimming at the lake often. I also play softball for a city team. We play 2 or 3 games each week during.

Being from Canada, we can't ride dirtbikes for about 8 months out of the year, due to winter. So, dirtbiking would have to be my favourite summer sport Along with ATVing, boating and water skiing!

The summer always means that tennis is not far away. Sadly, I don't actually play the game myself ( though I would love to have a go) but I sometimes get to watch Wimbledon on TV.

I love swimming in the summer. It is the perfect way to cool off. I also love taking walks around nearby parks in the evenings. Since it is often too dark for me to do so after work during the school year, it’s fun to do in the summer time.

My favourite sport during the summer is swimming. Usually, I will go swimming in the pool at my house and sometimes some of my relatives will come over to go swimming as well. It is a nice way to relax and cool off.

I enjoy boating; nothing beats a fun day on the lake. One of my very favorite summer sports is beach volleyball. It’s the one sport I’m actually quite good at, if I do say so myself.

I love the beach or going by a lake near a forest is the best time to have fun and relax for the summer! Swim, have fun and cool down in the water. So we would tend to river raft, surf, boating, water ski and sailing. Love it.

Mine would be swimming. It is relaxing in the heat because all your body wants to do in a hot summer is to touch water. It prevents us from sweating and hence dehydration by keeping us constantly wet on the skin. At the same time, it is also a great exercise for the muscles.

In the summer, I always enjoy playing lawn tennis which makes me sweat a lot, but also helps me stay in shape, followed by a long and relaxing swimming session.

I am not really into sports, but, going to the beach for swimming and lounging about in swimwear, playing netball, and building sandcastles (if that counts) is my idea of a good summer.
