Professor, I can't seem to reach you by email. I tried to turn in my assignment today and got an error message moments after I sent it. Did you change email addresses? What should I do?

Re: Question
Hi, Tia,
I haven't changed email addresses and I just had some assignments submitted recently, so it should be working. I'd double check that you've typed the email address correctly; you could even copy and paste it from the assignment page. If you had it all correct from the get-go, try using the contact form to send me a test email. If it comes through, I'll reply to you (and post here about it, as well), which will hopefully get through so you can email me back. And if that doesn't work, we'll figure out some alternatives.

Re: Question
Professor, I emailed my homework to you last night and didn't get an error message. Did you receive it?

Yes, Tia, it came through. Thanks for double checking that. (Also, looks good!)
