It's time to play a game, don't you think?

I've decided to restart a game that was very popular when we used to play it a few years ago. It's called "Guess the Quote" and the title is pretty self-explanatory. For this round, we'll stick to the movies (Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, Return of the King).
This is how it's played:
I'll pick a quote, no more than 2-3 sentences.
The next person guesses who said it, to whom and where/in what situation.
If someone has already posted the same guess that you were going to post, please do not post it yourself. If your guess is different from ones already posted, go ahead and post it!
If your guess is correct, it's your turn to post the next quote.
Holtsoms - you will get 1 silmaril for each correct answer!
-----------
The first quote:
"It was just a bit of fun! Oh you're probably right, as usual."

That would be Samwise Gamgee when he is (not) eavesdropping on Gandalf and Frodo in Fellowship of the Ring when they discuss the Ring.

there we go: it is a Faramor quote, to frodo, though it is Sam that answers
Frodo: We are hobbits of the Shire. Frodo Baggins is my name, and this is Samwise Gamgee. Faramir: Your bodyguard? Sam: His gardener

Treebeard did :
"Young master Gandalf, I'm glad you've come. Wood and water, stock and stone I can master, but there's a Wizard to manage here, locked in his tower."
which is about Saruman, of course.
