Eomer to Legolas Gimly, and Aragorn ( and possibily a fly or two, an axe or six, just to make sure I have not left anyone out this time

)

He meets them in the fields of Rohan after slaying a bunch of uruk hai ( the ones that took Merry and Pippin) and thinks they are spies, ARagorn explains they are not but looking for hobbits... and there it is.

It happened in the two towers, Frodo and Sam were walking across a stream, and gollum was there too.
Sam had called him a name, and then Frodo had told him not to do that, and they had a discussion where frodo snapped at Sam that he did not know anything.

Frodo: "I'm sorry Sam. I don't know why I said that."
Sam: "I do. It's the Ring. You can't take your eyes off it. I've seen you. You're not eating. You barely sleep. It's taking a hold of you Mister Frodo. You have to fight it."
