Social Interaction and Mysteries

Post by Arianna Stonewater »

I've recently discovered a series of games called Killer Party. These are themed murder mystery games (recommended for ages 16+) where you collect clues to solve the murder to win. Pretty standard mystery game, but there's a catch: to get clues, you have to DO something! This game is designed to push you into social interaction, so some of these activities are singing a song or doing a dance, but some of them are calling a random person in your phone! I think the only downside to this particular game for me was that it uses scratch-off cards which means the game is always different but you also can't really replay it without buying the game again or making your own cards.

We had a blast playing at the Christmas party where I was introduced to it, but I am a very extroverted person. What do you all think of this game? Do you know of other games like it?
