Re: Time around the world (Tell us what time it is and what you’re doing at this very moment)

HOL says it's 4.20 pm, here it's 5.20 pm, and I am at work. I work in a bookshop and I'm putting second hand books online so people can browse them online. In about half an hour I can go home and I am looking forward: putting books online all day takes its toll.

Re: The 100

You are defintely not alone: I too am in love with the show. And I am entirely caught up (second ep of the third season as of this moment). I read the books too, though I can't recommend them much - as much as I would love to say otherwise. They do have a few interesting aspects that aren't in the t...

Re: Favourite Cover Artists

Robert Ingpen is the best cover artist I know. He also illustrates a lot of these books inside. Seriously, if you ever get the chance, take a look at one of his books in a bookstore if you see them - or google some of these titles with Robert Ingpen. It's gorgeous. http://i68.tinypic.com/2luxvvb.png...

Re: HOL Life

How did you get along with your partner? Did you split the work or try to do the tasks together? I love my partner! She is the sweetest, and she is also my RL best friend. We met online and next year we'll have known each other for ten years. So she was a natural pick for me for a partner. We did so...

Are you Haldir?

An Alliance once existed between Elves and Men. Long ago we fought and died together. We come to honour that allegiance.

Tonight we remember those who gave their blood to defend this country. Hail the victorious dead.

I am indeed :D I did wonder if anyone would be shocked to see my face popping up:P

I was meant to go, but I stayed.
I wished to stay, but was made to go.
I let one go, that I should have made stay.
I stayed, when I expected to have to go.

It's Pippin, speaking to Merry.
They're at Isengard and are speaking - quite sarcasically - of the qualities of Orthanc.
