I have another solution (but I guessed a lot in the end) but it fits to the statements... I think that this logic puzzle has more than one possible solution....

How about we suspect Tarma with stupefy on the Qudditch pitch? (that way we would learn something about stupefy. If no.one has it we know that it's the thing...

I'm for guessing like following: We take two things (person, weapon, room) from our own cards and only one thing that we don't know. (At least I understood it like that, that when we guess we will only be shown one card from one team.. so it would be good to only ask for one unknown card. If no-one ...
