ADD, like when you take two things and add them together
UHL, like "dull", meaning boring

Aldridge-
ALL, like everything together
DRIDGE, kinda like a "ridge" on a cliff, but with a "D" sound in front.

herm... I don't know if mine is hard to pronounce...

Phlox: Fl- ox (fl as in 'flower' and ox as in... an ox? you know, the animal?)

Flammula: Flam (like 'flame' without the 'e') - U (as in 'you') - la (like when you sing "la, la, la!")
