Pirates of the Caribbean is the best movie of all time!! I love Johnny Depp sooooo much. Hes so talented. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was pretty good too. I saw in 3 times! lol. Other movies I like are: Mean Girls, Legally Blonde(1&2), Van Helsing, Princess Bride. The HP movies are good too.

I'm very picky when it comes to movies. I'm not one of those people who can watch a movie just for the sake of watching it. When I watch a movie I look at the plot, the actors, the set and scenery, the camera angles, how the music works with the film...everything. After putting hundreds and hundreds of movies to the test, I've come up with this list of my "top rankers" that I recommend to EVERYONE for various reasons:

Moulin Rouge
Love Actually
A Time To Kill
Confidence
I Am Sam
Life As A House
The Godfather I, II, III
Liar Liar
American History X (NOT for the squeemish or easily disgusted)
White Chicks
Anchorman
Enough
Gangs of New York
Alexander
Scarface
Mafia
Pirates of the Caribbean
A Series of Unfortunate Events
Finding Nemo
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

Upcoming:
RENT (They did the movie just like the show and the show is BRILLIANT)
HP4 (DUH!)

I'm chosing to stop here because I think there's a limit as to how much I can post, and I can't spend all day on one reply, lol!

I'm sure we have had this discussion before, hmmm. Anyway, there are so many out there, one I would have to say is To End All Wars. If you like wars shows, you have to rent this one. Not well known but definately a good intense movie. Fun, I really liked The Pacifier, I also love Vin Diesal Movies and Mel Gibson movies. Both are really good actors, I perfer Mel. He is more diverse. Romance, The Notebook. Fantasy: Princess Bride. And scary thrillers: Stigmata. Awsome! Some many to chose from. Where to start. Each movie has it's own personality.

Best Movie would have to depend on the mood I'm in. Any MGM musical would rate pretty high up the list. Taming of the Shrew (Taylor/Burton) for modern adaptation along with Ten Things I Hate About You & Kiss me Kate. (Kind of a theme there - I know). Star Wars, LOTR & HP for sci-fi/fantasy.

Absolutely hate blood & gore & senseless violence. Just can't do horror. I used to love old vampire movies till I got hooked on Carpathian stories & now just can't stand to see someone with fangs killed.
