hmm... seems like a place where maybe I should post *L*
Psylocke is pronounced "Sigh - Lock" (most people tend to just call me psy, pronounced "sigh").
And Furey... same as fury. I guess that one's pretty self-explanatory.

This is a very interesting topic and, being new, it is very helpful.

My name is pronounced:

Ewlyn - like "you-lynn"
Bree - like brie, as in the cheese.

Cheers!
My wand is 11 3/4 inches from a elm tree, with a centaur tail hair core.

Mine's not that difficult -- although some people do have difficulty with it elsewhere. Let's see if you can catch on. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Okay, my first name is kinda Japanese and my last name should be easy to pronounce I'm sure. The Japanese one, I'm not too sure about so I'll help with it.

Wisteria - Weh Stare Ee Ah
Crescent - Creh Sent

Does that help? /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Heh, I just realised, there's a street near my house called Wisteria Crescent XD Anywho...

Alaecia
Ah (a harder than h; as in 'Alicia')
Lay (as in... Uhm, lay. Rhymes with bay.)
See (Rymes with key.)
A (Short sound, as in Germany.)

Ah-Lay-See-A

Kahn
This is harder to explain. Only one sound; like 'Can' only with a soft h with changes the sound slightly. 'Canh'.

Does anyone else feel retarded sitting here trying to pronounce the names out loud. I just noticed that I sounded like I am learning to speak for the first time, lol!!!

Hi I'm an HOL member and my name is: Naomi as in -Nay(what a horse says((if a horse could speak, lol))), O as in "oh" my gosh I still haven't gotten the new HP, and Me as in "I am ME." Funny!!!

And my last name is Jourdain: Yes it's French. So it is sounds like YOUR but with a J in front of it, and the second is Dane as in, hmmmm, not sure.......The J is has a soft shzzzz and their you have it, JYOUR-DANE!

Not to make this to complicated though: My friends call me Nami. As in "Are you going to get some thing to eat?""Me, NAH, I'm not hungry." and Me as in once again "I am ME." So there you have it. My name. Now my personality is an entirely complicated topic. HEHEHEHE. lol. Youse guys have fun out there!!

Nami [NAH-ME] /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />

An - As in 'Sauna' or just 'On'
Dra - Pronounced 'Druh'

Ma - Pronounced 'May'
Er - As in 'Early' or 'Dryer'
