There are so many books, now, which focus on having magic, using magic, being magic. This is one of many, but it stands out enough it was a nominee for the Locus Award Nominee for Best Fantasy Novel (2006) and the World Fantasy Award Nominee for Best Novel (2006).
So what do you think when you finish a section? Please write! Everyone has their own ideas of what they have read, their own reactions to the story. Whether it be a 'wow' or a 'ho-hum' how did you feel when you got to these parts of the story? Tell us!
