Art Department is offering House Ghost Appreciation and Whose’s got that Invitation? projects. You can participate in them by November 9th.
This month, the Library Department is getting literary with some magical new releases and also speculating on how we might end up in possession of a wish or three. You can also still vote for October’s projects by November 14th.

Book Club continues the festival of world-building with plenty of activities on offer. Their flash fiction and monthly book trivia are also going strong, with nom de plumes forming this month's devious trivia challenge.

Quidditch is in its first month with two matches on November 9th and November 16th. Good luck to all the teams on these two days!
Quidditch Pick-ups are back on Sunday, November 3 at 10 PM HOL . All are welcome, regardless of their skills at the game.

Gryffindors are winding down from the medieval mayhem and renaissance revelry of Gryfftoberfest.
However, there is this month’s daring quest to complete as you enter the world of hackers and espionage.
Also, the Paw Print will (at last) be opening for submissions in the coming days. Aside from that, be sure to drop by the games room.
Fat Lady’s Portrait can also keep you entertained with discussions and general fun. If forum games are more your cup of tea, then join the lions in Peeves’ Place.

Hufflepuff is finishing up their house-only event, Huffleween and is continuing with its monthly challenges. Keep your eyes peeled on the Department of Huffle Games and Sports for November ones. You can also always check the games and discussions in The Fireplace.

Ravenclaw's Alte's spooky issue has come out! Make sure to read it over your class breaks. New issue is due on November 30th, giving you plenty of time to submit all your wonderful articles and graphics. You can also participate in Alte Bingo for a shiny award, or if short fiction and photography is more your cup of tea, Drabble Babble Challenge. Theme for this month is Community!
HOLers are also welcome to participate in the Debate Club, if you want to sharpen your discussion talons or paws.

Slytherin has a lot to offer this month! You still have a chance to participate in the Read Along for the Half-Blood Prince, which will run through the rest of the school year. While you cannot submit your moves anymore, you can still participate in Slyth-o-ween by November 15th.
Slytherin house newspaper, The SerpenTimes is due on January 15th. The theme is Reflections and they are always looking forward to the submissions. You can reserve your idea here.
Our brothers and sister in green and silver also encourage all HOLers to join them in their clubs. Go to the Arcade for a change to win a joystick award (this month battling the Marble Madness) and Puzzle Exchange to…exchange puzzles of all kinds!

We are ending our newsletter with HOLLERS news. November brings new challenges where you can try your hand at monthly puzzles. If you are a more artistic person, there are five tasks waiting for you in the Creative Outlet concerning internship with a curse-breaker. You can also try your quill at writing under constraint.
