March Prompt-Thrill Me

Post by Emily Spencer »

Hello, lovelies! This month we’ll take a detour down the literally genre of Thrillers. A thriller usually conveys a heightened sense of suspense, excitement, surprise, anticipation, and anxiety. Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier is a perfect example.

You have several options to choose from this month.

Option 1:
Take a book in the thriller genre (any of the sub-genres is fine) and reimagine a book cover for it. The book cover MUST contain the title, of course, but the illustration has to depict a different genre. Using the example above, for instance, one could reimagine the cover of Rebecca with the illustration fitting for the romance genre.

Option 2:
Take a book from any genre EXCEPT thriller and give it a ‘thrilling’ reimagined cover.

Reminder: Please keep your graphic to 600x600 or smaller, and write a brief description underneath what the graphic depicts.
