Design a Tribute Outfit

We're reading The Hunger Games in The Bookshelf.

Are you reading it? Have you read it? (Have you seen the movie?)

What kind of outfit would you design for the Tributes who are sent to that particular 'Game' field? What would it be made of? Remember that this outfit would be the same for each person, different only for body type and size.

Would you have included shoes or boots? Long pants? Kilts? A hat of some sort?

This would be something that the Game Makers would have worked on. Pretend that you are one of the Game Makers and show us the outfit in which you would garb these Tributes.
