Book Review: I Am Malala

Post by Adaleine Shuster » Sat Feb 09, 2019 3:39 pm

Title: I Am Malala
Author: Malala Yousafzai
Genres: non-fiction, biography

I read this book for the Reading Adventure Challenge. I'm not sure if this would be a memoir or a biography (technically an auto biography), but I am going to call it a biography. For those of you who haven't read it, you should. In it Malala Yousafzai tells her story. She goes from when she was very little to her at the time of writing this. she talks about the Taliban coming to her town, and how they shot her when she spoke out against them for girls education. If you are a young reader there is a young readers edition by Scholastic. Have you read it? What did you think?
