In my profile page all the apostrophes don't show, they are shown as little squares and the whole page looks very weird. I don't know if it's just my browser of what (I have Mozilla Firefox).
Thanks to anyone who will answer!

When we use a keyboard that is not in english, sometimes some characters don't show.
So maybe the apostrophe must be another key that shows the right character.

This is usually a fonts issue, often where something has been copied and pasted from microsoft word. Any time there are characters (usually £ signs or apostrophes are good examples) are not present in a font, they will be replaced by a generic box instead - hence your little squares.Mia Vardales wrote:QUOTE (Mia Vardales @ Jul 27 2008, 01:39 PM) In my profile page all the apostrophes don't show, they are shown as little squares and the whole page looks very weird. If you've pasted the text from word or similar, try simply deleting the squares and replacing them with apostrophes, as sometimes this will clear it. If not, have you changed the font setting at all? When you go to edit your profile, do you have any strange coding at the start of the text?

Done! Actually I did copy-pasted the text from a words document
Still, the squares remain in the How I Got into Harry Potter section. I don't know how to manually correct that. (And yes, I copy-pasted it too.)

That one I'm not sure you can do anything about. You can try sending the Headmaster a message, or it's possible that the Library members deal with this now and may be able to re-submit your GIHP story, you'd have to ask tehm to find out if that is possible though. Otherwise it may be a case of having to live with it, since it's not something editable like the rest of the profile.Mia Vardales wrote:QUOTE (Mia Vardales @ Jul 28 2008, 10:21 AM) Still, the squares remain in the How I Got into Harry Potter section.
