Would "Jaws" be classified as an 'old classic'? If so, then that's definately my favorite.

I saw the Outsiders in seventh grade; we watched it in conjunction with reading the book. As usual, I preferred the book much more than the movie.

I play trumpet primarily, although I am learning picollo and percussion. XD I absolutely LOVE playing trumpet - it's the best instrument to have for both concert and marching seasons in band. XD

I've recently thought of a couple other books that I would recommend to anyone. Some of them are fairly simple reads, but great anyways. Shadow of the Dragon, Sherry Garland is a great book about Asian culture, and an Asian family trying to make it in Texas. Jane Eyre, Charlotte Brontë - although I...

I've already recommended this book on another topic, but I'll do so again here. Life of Pi, by Yann Martel is a great book. It's about this sixteen year old kid who's family owns an Indian zoo. He has a keen interest in religion and zoology. But when his family decides to move overseas, they have to...

I have never been to a concert before - well, besides my own school's choir, orchestra, and band concerts. But I mean like with a real life celebrity (sp?). Yeah, I really wanna try to go to one soon, but I don't know if I'll have the oppoertunity. /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" ...

I will never, not as long as I live, NOT love Disney movies. They're so awesome, and the best thing about them is that families can watch them. I have to vote Aladdin. I really sat here debating for some time over which to choose. I was really torn between Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin. I think B...

o.O Lots of categories missing there; in fact, many of them are similar. x.X Anyways, I chose "other," because my favorite type of music is country. I see no one has mentioned that genre so far. Yep, I'm a Texan and I like country music. But also on my faves list is: pop, rock, classical, showtunes,...

My story may not be all that exciting, but I find it a tad different. I was one of the late readers of Harry Potter. I had heard about it, but to tell the truth, I was not into all the 'magic' type books at all. I thought it was all weird and rubbish, so I just blew it off. Well, that's typical. My ...
