Project Description

October is a special time of year. The days grow shorter, the air a little crisper. The grounds look dangerously close to bursting into flaming autumn colors. You've even survived your first month of classes at Hogwarts, and that's cause for a celebration in Hogsmeade.

The first Hogsmeade weekend of the year is just around the corner. What shops will you visit? What alluring signs will be beckoning you to come in and spend your galleons and sickles and knuts? What new shops have opened this year? What absolute bargains can you find?

Your task, should you choose to accept it, is to create an advertisement sign for a business (canon or invented) in Hogsmeade. It can be about a particular item, a special sale, new management, or anything, really, so long as it's a display sign. Be sure to include the business name somewhere on the sign.

Minimum dimensions are 400 pixels square; maximum dimensions are 800 pixels square. (Square is not, of course, required.) Submissions should be jpgs no larger than 200kb.
